We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations at a premier pharmaceutical site in Pennington, NJ. This role involves managing a team of 10 direct reports, ensuring efficient facility operations, and delivering exceptional service for our global real estate client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and service delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of 10 staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain operational excellence.
- Deliver exceptional client service by proactively addressing needs and resolving issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities management, in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
- Vast experience with Pharma manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Budget management experience is preferred.
