Lasalle Network is pleased to be partnered with a mission-driven organization that focuses on renewable energy! They're currently seeking a dynamic and organized Office Manager to handle day to day business operations to keep the company running as efficiently as possible.
Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring the team has the resources and support needed to succeed
  • Oversee onboarding for new hires and serve as a point of contact for remote and in-office colleagues
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, travel arrangements and team meetings
  • Maintain and organize documents, processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • Support the creation of professional materials and presentations that reflect the company's brand and values


Office Manager Requirements:

  • 5+ years of administrative operations experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to be in office everyday if needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
