Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant at Verdant Communications, Inc. in Brooklyn, NY. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, managing calendars and schedules, updating reports for high profile film and public policy projects and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance skills.
• Good phone conversation and communication abilities.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
• Experience in office coordination, management or executive support roles.
• Experience with film, television or other media companies is a big asset.
