Submission Requirements
SCHEDULE ACCOMMODATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED (10/12HR).
5+years extensive acute care clinical experience
Ability to mix compounds REQUIRED
Doctoral of Pharmacy (Pharm D) required
Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in Oncology is STRONGLY preferred.
Board Certification Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) Certification is required is STRONGLY preferred
Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, without direct supervision within established policy.
Applicant must be capable of supervising the work of support personnel.
Specialty Pharmacy medication management
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
MACHINERY, TOOLS & EQUIPMENT:
Pharmacy and hospital computer systems
Alaris Smart Pump
Pharmacy automated medication dispensing systems
Vertical and horizontal laminar air flow hoods
Ancillary IV room equipment and programs; infusion pumps, Dose Edge, Simplify797
Ancillary equipment necessary for performing day-to-day tasks (syringe, needle, graduate, calculator)
Vocera Badge
Fax machine
