• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 • Weekend Hours: every other weekend and some holidays • Call Requirements: none • Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIH, de-escalation training (HWC, CPI or MAB) • Years of Experience: 2 • Float Requirements: Unit Information: • Number of Beds: 21 – 12 telemetry beds, 3 behavior health beds, 5 fast track rooms • Patient Ratios: 1:5 • Equipment: Emergency Equipment • EHR: Cerner • Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: all ages Hiring Profile: • Must Have Skills/Experience: Emergency nursing, trauma, resuscitation, IV, IV drips, oxygen demand support, blood products, basic telemetry/EKG, • Preferred Skillset/Experience: Emergency Medicine • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: COPD, DKA, Sepsis, Cardiac Emergencies, Neurological Emergencies, stroke • Personality Fit: Fast paced/multi-tasker who embraces a dynamic environment, team player
