    Job Details
  • Cheshire Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a rehabilitation position. The contract length is for 13 weeks, commencing January 20, 2025. Covid vaccinations are strongly recommended but not required.
  • The facility offers a broad range of therapies for all ages and abilities, focusing on building strength, regaining mobility, and improving balance.
    Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years current PT experience required; no new grads.
  • NH license must be in hand at profile upload.
  • Womens Health Certification needed.
  • Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
  • EPIC and Expro experience is required.
    Schedule Information
  • Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
    Unit Specific Information
  • All new and returning agency staff must have de-escalation training as part of their onboarding and clearance as of 1/1/2024.
    Additional Details
  • Travelers must have their own vehicle, as public transport is not available in this small community.
  • Typical patient day involves 2 to 3 evaluations and treatment sessions based on patient diagnosis.
