Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Delivery Management and Project Estimation. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus.

Location: Mason - OH USA

You must be legally authorized to work in USA without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities:

· Lead project planning sessions to set project goals and objectives

· Oversee all aspects of project delivery ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

· Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any issues that may arise

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

· Develop detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies

· Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

· Identify and manage project risks developing mitigation plans as necessary

· Ensure all project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date

· Facilitate project meetings including kick-offs status updates and retrospectives

· Manage project budgets tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle

· Foster a collaborative and productive team environment encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes

Qualifications:

· 11 to 15 years of experience

· Must have strong experience in Delivery Management and Project Estimation

· Should possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills

· Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Must have experience with project management tools and software

· Should have a proven track record of successful project delivery

· Nice to have experience in the Payer domain

· Should have a strong understanding of project management methodologies

· Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Should have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model

· Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Should have a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement

· Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
