  • BLS - Required.
  • License/Certificate Verification - Required.

  • Influenza Vaccine - Required.

  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) - Required.
    Job Details
  • Rotating day/night 3x12 hour shifts, surgical oncology, Some step down patients, Ratios vary from 1:4-1:5 and sometimes 1:6 on nights.
    Job Requirements
  • Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration. Temporary Licenses are NOT accepted – must have a valid permanent license.
  • Clinical Only: Skill specific required to be complete within 1 year prior to start.
  • Resume to include Education and Work History, 2 Professional References required within the last 2 years, and Job Application to be completed by the candidate.
    Schedule Information
  • Rotating day/night 3x12 hour shifts.
    Unit Specific Information
  • surgical oncology unit with step down patients.
    Additional Details
  • American Heart Association only. Required for clinical positions.
  • Fit Test to be completed within 1 year of start updated annually.
  • UHS Skills Checklist and UHS Competency Exam to be complete within 1 year prior to start.
  • Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form.
