Facility in Columbus, OH seeking Epilepsy Neurology locums coverage Rates: $290/hr The facility is seeking an Epilepsy Neurologist for inpatient call coverage. This role requires on-site inpatient coverage and call, including weekends. Remote EEG monitoring may be incorporated. Key Details - Schedule:

- June 30-July 6, 2025
- July 21-27, 2025

- Hours: 7 a.m. 7 a.m. (24-hour call).
- Practice Setting:
- 95% inpatient care, 5% outpatient EEG review.
- Average inpatient census: 8 patients/day.
- Support Staff: 14 physicians, 3 APPs.
- Trauma Level: Level II at Mount Carmel East.
- Patient Demographic:
- Adult: 90%
- Pediatric: 10% (age 16+).
- EMR System: EPIC.
Duties and Responsibilities - Physically see all inpatients across the three hospital sites, including weekends.
- Provide remote EEG monitoring (as requested).
- Handle trauma-related cases as necessary (e.g., GSW, hypothermia).
Requirements - Certifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Epilepsy REQUIRED (no exceptions).
- BLS REQUIRED.
- Licensure:
- Active Ohio medical license REQUIRED (IMLC not accepted).
- Other:
- COVID-19 vaccination REQUIRED.
- Clean malpractice history and background REQUIRED.
- Local/drive-in candidates preferred.
