Key Role Overview:
Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to expert for line support and leading critical production projects. Your mission? To drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot complex problems, implement advanced technologies, and lead exciting engineering projects from concept to completion.

- Hands-On Involvement: Be a key player on the floor, working alongside Production Line Operators and the Maintenance team to keep everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical Mastery: A degree in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing/industrial engineering role. Your ability to navigate mechanical systems with confidence is essential.
- Solid Technical Skills: Expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks , and other mechanical design software is non-negotiable.
- Project Leadership: Proven success in managing complex engineering projects with a strong focus on innovation, lean practices, and automation.
