Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Personalization Lead to support continued platform development and site migration. This position will play a vital role in tailoring and personalizing web content to enhance user journeys and experiences. The ideal candidate will guide the direction of personalization, identify opportunities, design and develop campaigns, analyze results, and optimize the delivered experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all web tailoring and personalization efforts to ensure content relevance and appropriateness for target audiences.
  • Oversee the effectiveness of personalization interactions in delivering optimal experiences, supporting calls to action, and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Define and elaborate user journeys and desired experiences within digital interactions.
  • Consult with various departments to define desired experience outcomes and identify personalization opportunities.
  • Design, develop, implement, and support the implementation of personalization campaigns and experiments.
  • Analyze experiment results and optimize personalization strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Provide consultation and support to client groups in understanding experiment results and identifying further personalization opportunities.


Education:

  • A degree in a Business or Technology discipline.


Experience:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in business analysis, IT, or digital transformation.
  • At least three years of progressive experience in designing, developing, evaluating, and optimizing personalization experiences on web platforms.


Required Skills:

  • Expert understanding of tailoring and personalizing web content to deliver effective user journeys and optimize conversion rates.
  • Extensive experience in evaluating web interactions and refining audience segments.
  • Strong experience in designing optimal web experiences and interactions.
  • Experience in designing sites hosted on leading DXP/CMS systems.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for in-depth analysis and reporting of web traffic data.
  • Solid understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) activities and analyzing search data.
  • Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent active listening skills.
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills for management and executive audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience working in an agile mode of operations.
  • Experience managing work in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
