PrecisionERP/IT is recruiting for a Senior QA Analyst with 10 years of experience of all aspects of Quality Assurance including requirements gathering, documentation, mapping, UAT Testing and Test Scripting. Prior experience working on HCM/HRIS Systems will be preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 years of experience and responsibility for all aspects of Quality Assurance including requirements gathering, documentation, mapping, UAT Testing, & Test Scripting.
• 8 years of experience with translating User stories into functional and non-functional requirements and test artifacts.
• 8 years of extensive hands-on experience executing Test Scripts and documenting outcomes.
• 8 years of experience in software testing
• Knowledge and experience of QM concepts, methodologies and testing techniques

NICE TO HAVE:

• Prior experience working on HRIS projects.

• With complex projects with multiple concurrent streams of work.

• PMP or Prince2 certifications

• Facilitating planning sessions/workshops with small/large groups.
