We have an exciting opportunity!! We are looking for Senior Level personnel with Engineering or Mining Background, who are looking to join a high-level Consulting Group.

BERYL Mining Services has developed a world-class consulting team that is flexing its ability to work with top-tier companies in the Mining and Oil & Gas sector. We have more requests for work than we can currently fulfill. As such, we are looking to expand our services and we are seeking to add a Senior Mining Engineer . Our team is currently based in Calgary, AB , however our flexibility allows for work from ANYWHERE!! This is an opportunity for an exciting position providing leadership and specialized engineering services and or mining services to our clients in Mining and Oilsands.

Our consulting team works in a Hybrid style of work, that would welcome an addition to the team already in Calgary, AB, with opportunities to work directly with our clients in their downtown offices (as needed) or to consult (Work from home) with our clients in various jurisdictions in North America (Canada; USA and Mexico) as well as new international opportunities coming up in 2025.

Successful candidates will have a minimum 10-15 years of experience, in either Engineering; Mining; Mine Operations or other related field. Preference will be given to candidates with large scale mining; underground mining; open-pit mining and oil & gas industry experience.

This will be a niche opportunity to develop a high level role and build out a team as we begin servicing new clients. This is the opportunity for a Senior level Engineer who is seeking a new opportunity y to grow without boundaries and will have a lot of flexibility and input into how the role is developed. Senior Engineer Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (geotechnical, mining, or geological)
• Registered professionally with APEGA as a P.Eng. (or similar Professional organization)
• 15+ years of mining industry experience, oilsands experience preferred
• Fexible Work Options: Work from home; office based work in Calgary, AB, with site visits to clients

Qualifications & Experience We Consider An Asset

• Understanding the complex nature and components that must exist within a successful mining operation (geology; engineering; operations; processing; tailings; infrastructure)
• Design of large-scale features for mining sites
• Mine waste and tailings facility design from concept to construction, operation, and closure
• Familiarity with large-scale mining operations (Open-Pit; Underground; Oilsands; Oil & Gas) and applicable Canadian/International regulations and guidelines.
• Proficient in complex mining software
• Skilled in data interpretation, analysis, and correlation for application to risk based decision making

Additional Role Information

• Monday to Friday, flexible Schedule 40-hour work weeks
• Hybrid office/work-from-home schedule (flexible Schedule).
• Only candidates legally permitted to work in Canada will be considered.
• Candidates should be eligible to travel internationally (passport required)
