LeverageTek is actively seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant for a 1-to-2-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.

Key Tasks
Define Key Metrics:
- Task completion rates, form completion times, and onboarding rates prior to official start date, system effectiveness and engagement.
Design Story Reports:
- Customizable reports with visualizations (charts, graphs, tables), and drill-down capabilities to track department-level or individual performance.
Develop Data Structures:
- Centralized data model for onboarding metrics, with integration across HRIS and other tools.
Create Dashboards:
- Real-time, interactive dashboards with custom views and widgets to track key metrics (e.g., task completion, system effectiveness, employee engagement).
Training and Support:
- Provide training sessions for HR and People Operations teams, user guides, ongoing support, and a final report with actionable insights
Retention Period on SF ATS
- Set up the Retention period for candidate/profiles logs in Recruiting to be 3 years
Functionality Review:
- In collaboration with the CBS representatives, review the functionality of the current set up and provide suggestions for improvements taking our process into consideration using our pain points.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years Onboarding and Recruiting technical experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
- Experience creating data structures, some custom story reports and dashboards. Training the team to create stories and dashboards.
- Experience with reviewing the current system set up to ensure that the client is using all the functionality that it offers as well as set up a retention period for the SF ATS.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations (2.0)
- The individual needs to be a senior level person with a minimum of 3 years Onboarding and Recruiting technical experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with full Life-Cycle Implementations of SuccessFactors
