Job Description

Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. As a CSM at MYC Media, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them to achieve success through our large-format print and digital solutions. You will ensure that our clients receive exceptional service throughout their entire journey, from project inception to final installation. This role requires a combination of excellent communication, project management, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of print marketing.


Please note that this is a full-time on-site position in Mississauga, ON.


Schedule: Monday to Friday.


What your typical day at work will be like:


  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and successful project execution.
  • Onboarding & Consultation: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, understanding their needs, and advising them on the best large-format print solutions (e.g., billboards, banners, vehicle wraps, signage, vinyl products) based on their marketing goals.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee all phases of client projects, including design, production, installation, and final delivery. Work closely with the production, installation, and creative teams to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
  • Problem Solving & Support: Address client issues, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Offer proactive solutions to any challenges related to print quality, design, delivery, or installation.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion by understanding client needs and suggesting additional services such as custom print solutions or updates to their marketing materials.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide clients with detailed reports on project status, performance metrics, particularly related to print and digital integration.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on best practices in print design, materials, and digital marketing strategies, helping them maximize the impact of their campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, production, marketing, and design teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceed client expectations.
  • Client Retention & Satisfaction: Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service, solving problems quickly, and anticipating client needs. Track client satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to ensure customer success.


What makes you an ideal fit for the role:


  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in print media, large-format printing, digital marketing, or similar industries.
  • Strong understanding of large-format printing processes, including billboards, banners, vehicle wraps, signage, and vinyl manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing complex client requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent).
