Required Skills:
• Good years of experience as an Adobe Admin with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, Campaign, Launch).
• Strong background in data management, data governance, and integration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Analytics, Audience Manager, Launch, etc.).
• Experience with data management platforms (DMPs) and customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and tag management systems.
• Experience in API integrations between Adobe and other platforms (e.g., CRM, CDP).
• Familiarity with SQL, data visualization, and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Adobe Certified Expert certification.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Adobe Campaign systems, Adobe Experience and Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Oversee the collection, storage, and integration of data from Adobe platforms with other data sources.
• Ensure data governance and consistency across systems.
• Work closely with data teams to ensure smooth data flow between Adobe platforms and other marketing or analytics systems.
• Integrate Adobe solutions with other data platforms (e.g., CRM, CDP, data warehouses).
• Implement automation for data imports, exports, and audience segmentation.
• Provide technical support for users of Adobe platforms.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure optimal platform performance.
• Develop and manage dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics.
• Provide insights into data trends, usage patterns, and audience behavior.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
• Manage access controls and maintain security protocols for Adobe systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to ensure proper usage of Adobe tools.
• Provide training and documentation for internal teams on Adobe products and best practices.
