As a Backend Developer on our Customer Experience R&D team, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting innovative software solutions that elevate the customer journey. Working with a dynamic team, you'll develop and deploy impactful Java applications, shaping the future of AI-driven service management while making a meaningful difference for businesses worldwide.

Your role will include:

• Designing and building scalable, high-performance systems using best practices.
• Developing cloud applications on AWS and leveraging core AWS technologies.
• Creating custom cloud solutions and infrastructure tailored to business needs.
• Researching and implementing new technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborating with product and design teams to deliver cutting-edge features and user experiences.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Java developer
• Strong expertise in end-to-end server-side development
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases and AWS is a plus
• BSc in Computer Science
