Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warranty Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on evaluating warranty cases for the Aftersales Market with the potential to provide technical support across Canada. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, particularly in motorcycles, and a customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process warranty claims in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze technical data to determine the validity of warranty cases.
- Collaborate with dealerships and service centers to ensure timely resolution of claims.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams across Canada, as required.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty evaluations, approvals, and rejections.
- Assist in developing and improving warranty processes and policies.
- Travel as needed to support warranty evaluations, provide training, or address technical concerns onsite.
Requirements:
- Master Technician certification or a degree in Automotive Technology.
- Previous hands-on experience with motorcycles is mandatory. Must have Tier 1 or OEM experience.
- Deep technical knowledge of automotive systems and motorcycle mechanics is strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in warranty management systems or related software is a plus.
