Position: Business Systems Analyst – Capital Markets Integration
Location: Toronto (3 days onsite)
Employment Type: 6 month contract Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in integration projects within Capital Markets . The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Capital Markets data and extensive experience in working with integration platforms . This role involves engaging with multiple stakeholders, eliciting and documenting requirements, and contributing to the seamless integration of systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for integration projects in Capital Markets .
- Work with integration and transformation platforms such as TIBCO BusinessWorks to support project execution.
- Provide expertise in Capital Markets data processes, including Trade Flow, Master Data , and Reference Data .
- Develop detailed user stories , non-functional requirements , and test cases to support development and testing phases.
- Engage with multiple clients of the integration platform, ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations.
- Conduct functional testing of products to ensure they meet business requirements and integration goals.
- Act as a consultant to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for optimized solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Capital Markets integration projects .
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets data , including Trade Flow , Master Data , and Reference Data .
- Hands-on experience with integration/transformation platforms , especially TIBCO BusinessWorks .
- Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements, document user stories, non-functional requirements, and test cases effectively.
- Experience in performing functional testing to validate system functionality.
- Excellent consulting and communication skills , with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Experience in large-scale system integration within financial services.
- Certifications in Business Analysis or related disciplines are an asset.
