Responsibilities
- Stay up to date on industry standard compensation
- Align compensation philosophy with the bank's values
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR on all things compensation
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure federal and state compliance
- Consistently audit the compensation program
- Present reports to senior management
Requirements:
- 4+ years working at a bank in compensation/total rewards
- HRIS experience, Workday preferred
- Bonus and year end compensation changes experience
