LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Controller with a blended Accounting and finance background to join our client in Mercer County, NJ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in month-end close, data modeling, data mining, and working with large data sets. Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is essential, along with advanced Excel skills and expertise in AI and business intelligence tools. Experience with SAP ERP is a plus. This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of remote and in-office work.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end close
• Compile, manipulate, and analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain data models to support business decision-making processes.
• Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
• Leverage Power BI for data visualization, creating insightful and actionable reports for stakeholders.
• Summarize findings in comprehensive reports.
• Work with AI and business intelligence tools to enhance data analysis and automate processes.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and additional analysis as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field
• 8+ years of financial analysis/data analysis experience
• Strong Power BI, SQL and/or Hyperion
• Advanced Excel skills a MUST
• AI and Business Intelligence experience
• Detail oriented and clear communication

Compensation:

$100,000-$130,000
