?RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for our wearable device and mobile app.
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to bring new features to life.
• Gather feedback from users to refine and improve the design.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize design ideas.
• Track and analyze how well the designs perform and make adjustments based on data.
• Be involved in every stage of the product design, from brainstorming to launch.
• Keep all project design files organized and documented.

?REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4 years of design experience for mobile product design and responsive design.
• Proficiency with standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Principle, and similar products.
• Strong understanding of how to create user-friendly designs that look great.
• Ability to explain your designs and convince others of your ideas.
• Experience managing consumer products leveraging AI, machine learning, and personalization, with a proven track record of prioritizing and successfully launching impactful products.
• Value collaboration, work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering and product.
• Proven ability to map personalization solutions to product problems, with a demonstrated impact on business metrics through extensive A/B testing.
• Excellent written communication skills.
