Looking to expand our team with a Metal Stud and Drywall Project Manager. We are looking for someone who has experience working on healthcare projects specifically. With knowledge in all aspects of the Drywall industry. The person we are looking for will have 5 years minimum of experience directly with a drywall sub-contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Develop schedules, set milestones, and allocate resources.
• Prepare cost estimates and track project expenses.
• Hire and supervise drywall contractors and laborers.
• Communicate with clients, architects, and other contractors.
• Order and track timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure work meets standards and perform site inspections.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings.
• Address issues and minimize delays.
• Maintain records and provide progress reports.
• Ensure project completion and address punch list items.
• Handle scope, cost, or timeline adjustments.
• Maintain communication and address concerns to ensure satisfaction.
