Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and Design for Assembly (DFA), statistical tolerance analysis techniques, functional dimensioning, and geometric tolerancing, with focus on high volume manufacturing.
• Experience with 3D CAD modeling systems.
• Experience with design and development of next generation products from concept to mass production.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience leading product design engineering teams on mass produced products.
• Desire to build and hire a team to support the development of future products.
• Ability to take ownership over the full product life cycle.
• Experience at both big tech companies and start up environments.
