What You’ll Do:
- Manage service work orders from start to finish, including setup, tracking, material orders, partner coordination, warranty handling, and invoicing.
- Oversee small-scale projects, leveraging best practices in project management to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate and schedule work with lighting technicians and electricians, holding all partners accountable for project scopes and timelines.
- Lead process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Use platforms like Oracle, SmartSheet, and Salesforce to manage data and provide clients with timely updates.
- Deliver reports that keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
What You Bring:
- Communication Skills: You’re a pro at connecting with people, both in writing and in person, making you an effective liaison for customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Technical Know-How: Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in organizing data and reports.
- Analytical Skills: Quick on your feet with critical thinking abilities, allowing you to adapt to last-minute requests and problem-solve on the go.
- Detail-Driven Organization: You’re meticulous and able to juggle multiple tasks while keeping projects on track.
- Experience: 1-3 years in customer service, with experience communicating directly with customers and vendors; knowledge of lighting, electrical systems, or LED technology is a big plus!
Working Conditions:
This role requires flexibility, as Service Coordinators are available for occasional evening, weekend, and overnight support as part of an on-call rotation.
