StaffBright is seeking a Pricing and Contracts Analyst to join our client in Erie, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic pricing decisions, and working closely with the Engineering and Sales teams to develop quotes and pricing strategies.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with Engineering and Sales teams to develop and implement pricing strategies.
• Manage long-term contract agreements (LTA)
• Analyze large data sets to inform pricing and quoting decisions.
• Prepare and present pricing strategies to Executive management.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to remain competitive and identify pricing opportunities.

What We'll Need From You:

• Pricing, quoting, and contract (long-term agreements) experience.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Understanding of profit and margin calculations.
