RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support all aspects of training for multiple locations.
- Conduct user computer application training (small group or one-on-one using Teams) as part of ongoing continuing education program.
- Learn and conduct user computer application training for internally developed applications and other purchased applications via various methods (demo, one-on-one, floor support)
- Develop written training materials, such as quick reference cards and instructor guides.
- Conduct multiple-session computer application training for new hires. May require working with Office Administrators or position management to customize new hire training for certain positions.
- Liaison with application vendors to remain on the latest versions of products.
- Troubleshoot application issues as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum two years working knowledge with extensive end-user training experience in the following: Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, including Teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of legal specific applications and Word add-ons (Matter-Centric iManage, Power PDF Plus, Litera Compare, DocXtools) a definite plus.
- Ability to train users and support the use of the above
- Ability to quickly learn new or upgraded products to train and support users.
- Adherence to all personnel policies and practices
- Strong aptitude for learning new and emerging technologies quickly
