Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a superior dining experience by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations in a fine dining setting.
• Maintain an expert level of knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and wine pairings to guide guests and recommend pairings with confidence.
• Accurately take orders, deliver food and beverages promptly, and ensure proper presentation and preparation of all items.
• Establish and maintain positive guest relationships by being attentive, personable, and responsive to requests.
• Promote and upsell menu items and beverages based on guest preferences, enhancing their dining experience.
• Work cohesively with kitchen staff, fellow servers, and management to ensure smooth service and the highest level of guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all tables and dining areas are set and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a fine dining server or in an upscale restaurant setting is required.
• A strong understanding of fine dining etiquette, wine pairings, and high-end customer service standards.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests professionally.
• Ability to stand for long periods and carry multiple trays or heavy orders.
• Flexible hours with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, professional demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding service in a luxury environment.
