Job Description The Echo Technologist/Echocardiographer will work within the Echo/Cardio Dept. Duties include:Assumes responsibility of echocardiographic testing in the cardiovascular departmentIncludes but not limited to all 2D echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) and stress echo tests.Insures proper and economical use of equipment, supplies and other clinical resources employed in the delivery of quality patient care and maintains appropriate records and files Hours:Full Time, 40hrs per week Experience/Requirements:Bachelor of Science degree requiredMinimum of 5 years experience performing echocardiograms, in a hospital settingSome supervisory experience preferredRegistered as RCVT or RDCS requiredEchocardiograph certification preferredCPR required Salary Range: Minimum $31.67 per hour - Maximum $52.23 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
