We are looking for a Memory Design Engineer to join a fast-growing startup that is developing a revolutionary processor designed to significantly outperform traditional GPUs for Generative AI
workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize memory subsystems, including HBM, for high-performance processors tailored for AI workloads.
- Work closely with architecture, RTL, and physical design teams to ensure seamless integration of memory into the processor.
- Validate and optimize memory performance, power efficiency, and scalability.
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration to ensure the memory system meets performance and reliability goals
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in memory design, with specific expertise in validating HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) and other DRAM technologies.
- Strong knowledge of memory architecture, design techniques, and validation processes.
- Experience with performance optimization of memory systems, including bandwidth, latency, and power.
- Familiarity with memory modeling, simulation, and testing tools.
- Ability to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate memory into complex processor designs.
