About Our Client:
A high performing proprietary trading firm is growing their rapidly evolving crypto trading team. You will be designing and implementing Java based tools as well as microservices and API Integration for a crypto desk working with state of the art technologies and the strongest engineers worldwide.
This team is responsible for building, designing and developing the full stack of software, tools, and technologies for Order Management Systems (OMS) ,FIX Connectivity, and Trade Flow Analytics serving core infrastructure services using Java and some Python.
Core Focus Areas:
- Lead development of market data processing engines and execution platforms powering 24/7 global digital asset operations
- Build high-throughput order management systems (OMS), FIX connectivity layers, and real-time analytics dashboards
- Develop across multiple technology stacks; Java backend systems, Python automation frameworks and TypeScript.
- Drive system modernization while maintaining legacy platforms and support production systems as part of on-call rotation
- Partner with front office, middle office and engineering teams to drive the production environment.
Qualifications:
- Years of experience with building enterprise Java systems
- Strong experience developing automation frameworks, preferably in Python scripting
- Deep understanding of market data protocols, multicast networks and websocket implementations
- Experience with order processing engines and matching systems
- Hands- on with Message queuing systems, Microservices architectures and RESTful API design
- Trading platform experience preferably in post- trade or transactional systems
