Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supplier Change Request and Component Analysis Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing supplier change requests, verifying supplier qualifications, and performing component-level electrical analysis. This position requires a strong understanding of design requirements, component functions, and process validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Change Requests (SCR):
  • Review and manage supplier change requests.
  • Evaluate action items, supporting documents, and reports related to SCRs.
  • Supplier Qualification/Approval:
  • Verify supplier qualification and approval documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Process Validation and Controls:
  • Support the verification of supplier process validation and controls.
  • Ensure processes meet quality and performance standards.
  • Component Replacement:
  • Understand design requirements for component replacement.
  • Review and evaluate alternate component options.
  • Electrical Analysis:
  • Perform detailed electrical analysis at the component level.
  • Ensure components meet design and functional requirements.
  • Obsolescence Management:
  • Support the management of component obsolescence.
  • Identify and implement solutions for obsolete components.
  • Notified Body (NB) Feedback:
  • Address feedback from Notified Bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory feedback and requirements.
  • Change Orders:
  • Support or initiate Change Orders in Omnify/Windchill for recommended changes.
  • Ensure all changes are documented and implemented correctly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supplier management, process validation, and component analysis.
  • Strong understanding of electrical components and design requirements.
  • Proficiency in using Omnify/Windchill or similar PLM software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
