Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with FDA, state, and USP standards
• Oversee quality assurance, including sterility testing and environmental monitoring
• Manage inventory, resolve quality issues, and maintain rigorous documentation
• Lead training initiatives and support a culture of continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate:

• Pharm.D. with 5+ years in sterile compounding
• Proven leadership and compliance expertise
• Active pharmacist license in relevant states
