About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead operations at a 200,000-square-foot automotive manufacturing facility in Michigan. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Urgency and Results: Address shop floor issues promptly, from equipment downtime to process adjustments, ensuring minimal production loss.
• Leadership and Team Management: Set clear expectations and lead by example to foster respect and accountability across teams, managing in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Operational Efficiency and Problem-Solving: Leverage broad expertise in manufacturing functions like quality, materials, and operations to identify and solve complex issues.
