Must haves:

• Must have hands-on experience with mechanical sub systems
• Possess the technical ability to read, evaluate, understand, and communicate data from prints and technical standard documents
• Should have experience with understanding test requirements and test plans
• Ability to troubleshoot and come up with countermeasure as problems arise

Responsibilities:

Insight Global is looking for Mechanical Test Technicians supporting one of our largest material handling clients in Columbus, Indiana. The technicians will work with Test engineers to understand the test and complete the test as per the outlined plan. The test technicians will maintain detailed test logs and document the day-to-day activity. The technicians will update daily activity details to tracking document. The technicians will need to understand test plans and test procedures in order to complete testing. We are looking for backgrounds in either firmware, mechanical or electrical components/systems.
