Responsibilities:

• Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
• Responsible for managing RFIs, submittals, and subcontracts
• Processes owner billings and project related documentation from award to turnover
• Develop work schedules, plans, and manage project budgets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management
• 5+ years of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
• Strong experience in Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite
• P6 experience is a plus
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, Best Management Practices and performance standards
• Hawaii resident with current valid driver's license + clean abstract
• Must be able to pass background check
