Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience professional experience in architecture or related fields.
• Hands-on expertise in ground-up development, with a preference for experience in hospitality, multifamily projects, airport or hospitals.
• Experience utilizing Revit.
• Strong communication abilities to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
• Experience working directly with clients, including managing design teams and coordinating with consultants.
• Architectural licensure is preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and guiding the design process from inception to completion.
