Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing high-performance applications using Java-based frameworks and front-end technologies. The role involves working on complex enterprise-grade systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related technologies.
• Create intuitive front-end interfaces and seamless user experiences using React and JavaScript.
• Implement and manage APIs, microservices, and RESTful web services.
• Work with JPA to create and manage database persistence layers.
• Leverage Docker to containerize applications for deployment in scalable environments.
• Ensure software quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain application uptime.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices in development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework (including Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data).
• Proficiency in Hibernate and JPA for ORM and database operations.
• Advanced skills in JavaScript and front-end frameworks like React.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
