What You Will Be Doing

• Lead and mentor engineering, design, and fabrication teams.
• Develop and implement strategic systems and procedures.
• Plan and analyze new projects, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Establish and maintain technical standards and project performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, creativity, and quality.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• LEED-accredited Professional certification.
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in project design and development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM/Revit.
• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
