Job Description:

We are looking for talented Civil Engineers at various levels (Designer, EIT, and PE) to join our dynamic team. The role involves planning, designing, and managing infrastructure projects, ensuring functionality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designers:
• Draft detailed project designs and blueprints using CAD software.
• Assist in data collection, site assessments, and report preparation.
• Support project teams in calculations and documentation.
• EITs:
• Conduct design calculations under the supervision of a PE.
• Assist in project management, permitting, and fieldwork.
• Prepare engineering reports and collaborate on technical tasks.
• PEs:
• Lead project design, management, and execution.
• Oversee junior staff and provide mentorship to EITs and Designers.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering standards.
• Seal and approve engineering plans and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Designers: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering design. CAD proficiency required.
• EITs: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with EIT certification.
• PEs: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, + PE licensure.
