Must-haves

- Advanced in AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a plus)

- Knowledge and experience in the preparation of Survey related documents including subdivision maps, record of surveys, legal descriptions, condominium plans, ALTA surveys, and topographic surveys.

- Field Surveying/mapping experience

- Experience drafting plats

- Experience in land surveying or mapping

- Wants to work in an office setting

- Great interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn

Plusses

- Topography or GIS experience (geography background is also a plus

- LS or LSIT
