The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) role involves safely operating an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle to deliver dialysis products to home patients and dialysis centers. Responsibilities include delivering dialysis solution, managing stock rotation, and ensuring order accuracy, with occasional pickups and returns.
This position does require physical stamina, as deliveries are made to diverse urban and rural locations. Drivers may need to deliver up to, and sometimes more than, 45 cases per trip. You'll collaborate closely with various stakeholders along the supply chain, including dialysis patients, regional office staff, customer service teams, and healthcare professionals.
Additional details:

• Monday to Friday schedule, starting at 5 am.- (1-2 overnights per week)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and stable work history required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Touch Freight involved; drivers use electric pallet jacks for loading and unloading.
• Drivers may need to use regular and lift dollies, including assisting with box delivery upstairs using a dolly system.
• Daily routes vary, including deliveries in urban areas where parking can be challenging, requiring walking and climbing.

A clean MVR and stable work history are essential for this position.
