- Flexible four-day work week, Monday through Saturday, with the option for an occasional fifth day.
- Dispatch is from Columbus, MN.
- Compensation starts at a minimum of $320/day plus additional pay based on cases, miles, and stops.
- Average annual earnings around $80,000.

Position Purpose:
As a vital part of the food supply chain, our delivery drivers ensure that customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition. You’ll represent our company and build lasting relationships with our customers!
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communicating professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers to provide accurate and timely responses.
- Acting as a collaborative team member and performing duties that best serve the company.
- Conducting required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip inspections) in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Reporting any safety issues or necessary repairs.
- Adhering to DOT regulations and company safe driving policies.
- Inspecting loaded trailers for secure freight.
- Performing count checks of items and verifying customer invoices.
- Connecting the tractor to a preloaded trailer as needed.
- Driving to deliver customer orders according to a predetermined route.
- Unloading products and delivering them to designated customer storage areas.
- Checking for damage on items and ensuring compliance with company policy for returns.
- Obtaining proper signatures from customers upon delivery.
- Collecting payments when necessary and securing the trailer.
- Completing daily logs of hours of service as per Federal DOT and company requirements.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the vehicle and on the loading dock.
- Preparing equipment and paperwork at the end of your shift.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least 12 months of commercial driving experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid CDL A license.
- Meet all state licensing and certification requirements.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past three years.
- Successful completion of post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
- Passing score on a road test.
- Valid DOT Health Card or eligibility to secure one.
- Able to lift and stack product cases/freight ranging from 10-35 pounds and up to 60-90 pounds as needed.
