Position Details:
- Weekly minimum pay of $1,350 with an average first-year salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000.
- Schedule: 5-day work week (Tuesday to Saturday) with Sundays and Mondays off. Home every night—NO OTR (Over The Road).

Position Purpose: As a Food Service Delivery Driver, you play a crucial role in the nation’s food supply chain. Your responsibilities include ensuring customer products arrive on time and in good condition, while building lasting relationships with clients.
The Class B CDL Driver is tasked with operating a tractor-trailer or straight truck for delivering food and related products according to DOT regulations. You will engage professionally with customers and coworkers, answering questions and addressing concerns to foster a positive workplace environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Conducting pre/post-trip inspections and safety checks on the vehicle and trailer per DOT regulations; addressing any safety concerns promptly.
- Adhering to all DOT regulations and company driving policies; ensuring freight is correctly loaded and secured.
- Performing counts and verifying customer invoices upon loading and delivery.
- Driving predetermined routes to deliver orders and ensuring they reach designated customer storage areas.
- Inspecting delivered items for quality, obtaining necessary customer signatures, and collecting payments as required.
- Loading returns onto the trailer and completing relevant paperwork.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the vehicle, loading area, and trailers.
- Completing daily records of service hours according to regulations.
- Engaging in general housekeeping duties as required.
- Performing additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 months of commercial driving experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class B CDL.
- Compliance with state certification requirements (if applicable).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Clean driving record over the past three years.
- Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and background check.
- Able to secure a valid DOT Health Card.
- Capable of lifting and moving product cases weighing between 10-90 pounds throughout the shift.
