McLane Drivers safely deliver and unload product from our distribution centers to our customers, and they earn great pay and benefits.

• Pay Rate: Up to $100,000 for qualified candidates depending on experience.
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000 for qualified candidates depending on experience.
• CDL-A and 50K verifiable miles in a tractor-trailer are required for Route Ready Drivers.
• Training program available for candidates who already possess a CDL-A and 3 months of driving experience.
• Many route options available including a traveling driver option with premium pay.

• 4-5 days a week (Saturdays may be required)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 21 years of age.
• Have a Commercial Driver License (CDL Class A) with a clean driving record.
• Have a CDL-A and minimum 3 months experience driving a tractor trailer for Trainee program
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
