Position Summary:
n
n- Schedule: 12 days on the road, 2 full days off every other weekend.
n- Routes: Over-the-road (OTR) across 48 states, primarily east of I-35. Routes may vary based on freight.
n- Mileage: 2,000–2,200 miles/week (subject to HOS and load availability).
n- Freight: No-touch freight for your convenience.
n- Drop & Hook: 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unloading.
n- City Restrictions: No mandatory NYC or borough deliveries.

Trucks & Support:
n
n- Fleet: Late-model Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths (2021+).
n- Support: 24/7 driver assistance for peace of mind.
n
n
Pay Structure:
n
n- 0-5 Months: $0.57 per mile
n- 6-11 Months: $0.58 per mile
n- 12-23 Months: $0.60 per mile
n- 2-9 Years: $0.62 per mile
n- 10+ Years: $0.64 per mile

Additional Benefits:
n
n- Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours.
n- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
n- Mileage Bonus: Earn an extra 3¢ per mile (based on performance, starting after the first month).
n- Sign-On Bonus: $500 after first load, $500 after 30 days.

Rider & Pet Policies:

n- Riders: Must be 10+ years old, or under 18 with legal guardian consent.
n- Pets: 1 dog or 1 cat (max weight 80 lbs). No aggressive breeds allowed.
