The candidate is required to be 'on-call' once a month - for example, if candidates are on call and receive a call at 3 AM, they must respond. The team consists of 5 members, and you will report to the Regional Manager. The dress code includes jeans (no holes), a polo, and closed-toed shoes, as candidates need to look presentable when delivering directly to clients. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, with an on-call rotation every other week. It is very rare that calls are received while on call.
