Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Operations Manager/Associate with day-to-day operations of managing hourly drivers, service agents, etc. Performance management, communicating any issues or trends observed with our business, building maintenance, or with our in-house fleet of vehicles. Also responsible for assisting with training, onboarding, and interviewing of prospective Drivers.
Job Duties:
• Address and solve employee concerns.
• Troubleshooting and handling minor issues (app, music in the cars, lost gas cards, broken headsets etc.) and educating the rest of the team on your learnings.
• Identify Driver trends, feedback, and questions and escalate as needed.
• On-the-spot coaching or behavioral correction of all hourly employees (Drivers, Service Agents, Driver Support, and Trainers).
• Manage employee attendance and policy compliance.
• Be a liaison between Headquarters and the staff at the Depot to communicate any new directives or relay any important company updates.
• Manage Driver shifts and make adjustments as needed to optimize supply vs. demand throughout the shift.
• Be proficient in each type of job you manage and be able to step into the Driver Support, Service Agent, or Trainer roles if needed.
• Responsible for safekeeping of assets such as phones, keys, fuel cards, computers, etc. • Handle day to day building maintenance needs or escalating to the appropriate party. • Ensure building and asset safety and security.
• C reate an elevated customer service experience for Alto passengers and customers on their rides and deliveries.
• When needed, provide timely transportation to Alto passengers in company vehicles with the highest degree of safety and adherence to the law and company standards at all times.
• Demonstrate a safe, consistent, and hospitable journey and experience for our passengers.
