Class A Drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply. You will start going out with a trainer running OTR making deliveries in 53' Dry Van Trailers then running solo after training running regionally from the Mississippi River and West. Experienced Drivers are highly desired too!

Pay/Benefits

n- $1000-$1100 weekly
n- After training pay is .43-.57 on a sliding pay scale
n- Experienced drivers sliding pay scale .50 - .71 a mile depending on years' experience
n- Training Pay $650/week for 4-6 weeks if under 6 months experience.
n- Up to .06 per mile monthly safety bonus
n- Full benefits that kick in after 30 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO.

Job Details

n- Running lanes all states West of the Mississippi.
n- 100% No Touch dry van freight.
n- Drop N Hook and live load/unloads.
n- Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset.
n- Orientation in Lathrop, CA
n- Drivers must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
n- Average miles a week is 1800-2000.

Requirements
n
n- Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours.
n- Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
n- Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
n- Cannot have been terminated from last job. Safety to review all criminal convictions.
n- No DUI's Felonies, Misdemeanors in the last 5 years
n- Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max.
n- Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
