Training may occur in different facilities to enhance your learning experience.
You should be willing to float to various facilities during and after the training period.
A flexible schedule is essential, with the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What you can expect:

Deliver care to patients navigating multiple health conditions while utilizing a wide range of nursing skills.
Supervise a group of patients, aided by Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to monitor vital signs and set up dialysis machines.
Work in a fast-paced setting where your head, heart, and hands contribute to patient care every day.
Dive into various renal therapies including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Apheresis.
Provide inpatient dialysis services and become an integral part of our healthcare teams.
Enjoy a dynamic work environment across ICU, CCU, ED, and more.
Your schedule will involve both regular and on-call shifts, with advance notice of your weekly schedule.
Participate in DaVita's Joint Commission Accredited Inpatient Dialysis Program.

Requirements:
A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in your practice state.
An Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.), or a three-year diploma from an accredited nursing program.
While not required, experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Medical Surgical is beneficial.
Successful completion of a pre-employment color blind test may be required, with accommodations available.
Full COVID-19 vaccination, including a booster when eligible, is mandatory by the hospitals we serve.
